MixBurgh 2026: November 8 to 10, Downtown Pittsburgh
November 8 to 10 · Downtown PittsburghTwo days of seminars, panels, and tastings in four downtown rooms, three nights of guest shifts, and a closing gala at Heinz Hall. Plan your days below.
- Sunday at 6: Iron City Distilling launches Bessemer Rye on the Sienna Mercato rooftop. Free, with RSVP.
- Tuesday at 4: Pittsburgh Mayor Corey O'Connor will address attendees at the closing keynote.
- Tuesday at 6: six distilleries and four bars pour at Heinz Hall. Gala tickets cost $50.
- Registration runs on Floor 2 of the Fairmont, Sunday and Monday. Discord will serve as the conference app.
Program
Four tracks run side by side, so your team can split up, cover more ground, and compare notes over a drink. Pick a day.
Sunday runs as one shared evening. Track sessions start Monday morning.
Each track has a home room, and the pairing stays flexible. A session that will draw a bigger crowd moves to the main stage at Peirce Studio, whichever track it belongs to. Sessions run 75 minutes with 15 minutes between to move rooms. Empty slots in a track mean the main stage has the room.
The Footprint of MixBurgh
Five venues downtown in the Cultural District, three tenths of a mile from the first door to the last. Every track, the hotel, and the closing all sit inside one walk.
RegistrationFloor 2 at the Fairmont, Sunday and Monday.
HotelsThe Fairmont Pittsburgh is the official hotel, in the middle of the footprint. The Atterbury sits a short walk away.
Closing nightHeinz Hall, 600 Penn Avenue, two blocks from the last room.
Taste of MixBurgh Gala
6 to 9 p.m. at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Avenue

Taste every distillery's table, then see what the bartenders build with those bottles: each bar will make two or three cocktails from local spirits. The Open Road runs a zero-proof table all evening. Open to the public, 21 and older.
